We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a customer to improve a pressing machine that was previously manufactured at another factory. After contacting the customer and discussing the actual product, we confirmed that because there was only one support pillar in the center, while the liquid could be effectively pressed near the center support, other areas were not being fully pressed. Among the three improvement methods we proposed, it was decided to increase the number of support pillars to three.
